SR Structures Secures Refit of Iconic 1996 Frers Yacht Stealth
SR Structures has secured the refit programme and structural component manufacturing for the iconic sailing yacht Stealth, originally launched in 1996 for Gianni Agnelli.
Designed by celebrated naval architect German Frers, the yacht was built by Green Marine in Lymington and quickly became one of the most distinctive high-performance yachts of her era.

Now owned by British sailor Peter Dubens, Stealth returns to sea for a new chapter, with SR Structures appointed to deliver key structural upgrades and composite component manufacturing.
To be entrusted with the next phase of such an iconic yacht’s story, in the very place she first took shape, makes this a truly special appointment.

“Pellow adds, this project carries particular significance for our team. SR Structures now operates from the very same Lymington yard that Green Marine worked from three decades ago. Bringing parts of Stealth back into these buildings is not only professionally rewarding, but personally meaningful, with family links connecting members of our team to the yacht’s original build.”
Further updates will follow as the refit progresses.
